How do I scan the QR code to upgrade to vFit PLUS?
Out of the box, your vFit device is not yet upgraded to vFit PLUS. We’ve laid out the quick and easy upgrade process to make sure you get the maximum benefits from your device.
Locate the QR Code
A sticker with your QR code can be found affixed to the inner box.
Download the Joylux app
Install the Joylux app from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Scan your QR code
During the setup process in the app, please select vFit Plus from the menu, then you will be prompted to scan the QR code using your phone’s camera to upgrade your device. Once the setup process is completed, connect your device to the app to finalize the upgrade process. Please note the QR code will authorize one scan.
Select your program
When selecting your Joylux program, we recommend choosing Intermediate (instead of Beginner), so you can take advantage of the longer, 12-minute session times as you progress with treatment.
How do I start a vFit session?
First, charge vFit for 12 hours using the provided Joylux cable.
Using vFit with the Joylux App
- Download the Joylux app and follow the instructions for usage.
- To help with insertion, we recommend our Photonic Gel. Apply a nickel-sized amount to the tip of your device.
- Once the device is turned on, the app controls the functionality.
Using vFit in Manual Mode
- Unplug your device from the charging cable.
- Tap and release the power button until the center green light appears.
- Tap and release the light button rapidly to select your session time of 6, 8, or 10 minutes (or 12 minutes with vFit PLUS).
- Press and hold the light button again until the red lights and vibration turn on.
Please note vFit has two safety features:
- The device will not turn on if vFit is plugged into a power source and/or while the device is charging.
- Once a 6, 8, 10 or 12-minute session is completed, vFit will not turn on for 2 hours 30 minutes.
How do I reset my vFit device?
Please charge your device for 12 hours using the provided Joylux cable, then reset your device by following the below instructions. Once the reset is complete, please charge your device for another 12 hours.
Unplug the device from the charging port. Press and hold all three buttons down at the same time for 5 seconds (On/Off Button, Light Treatment Mode Button, and the Vibration Mode Button). After 5 seconds, release the buttons. Your device will vibrate and all five of the green indicator lights will blink twice. Your device is reset.

How do I turn the device on/off?
Turn on vFit by pressing the power button until the center green light appears.
How do I charge my vFit device?
Please charge your vFit 12 hours using the provided Joylux cable prior to first use to ensure proper operation and full battery life.
- Attach the USB charging cable to the vFit handle and plug into the USB power source provided. Plug into an electrical outlet.
- If this is your first charge, it may take longer for vFit to detect power.
- Once power is detected, a red light will illuminate and vibrate 2 times. If you are unsure if it’s charging, wait for 10 minutes, unplug the device and try again.
- The center red indicator light will remain illuminated while your device is charging.
- Once fully charged, the red indicator light will turn solid green. vFit is now ready for use.
What should I expect in my first vFit session?
vFit emits a gentle heat, which is very pleasant to many women. Each of us is unique and experiences things differently. If it feels too warm, make sure the device light window is fully inserted into the vagina. Our external vulvar tissue is more sensitive to heat than our internal vaginal tissue. If it still feels too warm once fully inserted, ease into usage and start with a lower session time until you are comfortable with the gentle heat.
vFit has 6 vibration patterns and vFit PLUS has 10 vibration patterns for your customization. Play around and choose the pattern you most enjoy.
Like anything new, we recommend taking your time and gradually introducing vFit by starting off slowly (6 minutes) and ramping up session times until your body is ready. This allows you to become familiar and comfortable with vFit and its modes and settings.
Using Your Device
How do I start a vFit session?
First, charge vFit for 12 hours.
Using vFit with the Joylux App
- Download the Joylux app and follow the instructions for usage.
- To help with insertion, we recommend our Photonic Gel. Apply a nickel-sized amount to the tip of your device.
- Once the device is turned on, the app controls the functionality.
- Make sure Bluetooth on your phone is turned on and not connected to anything else like a speaker or headphones.
- Open the app and sign in if you aren’t already.
- Unplug the device from the charge cable.
- Turn the device on by holding the power button down until you get a green center light is illuminated.
If the green center light disappears then the device will not connect to the Joylux app.
- Click Start Session in the app and click “Let’s connect your device” above the session timer.
- Finally, click the “Start” button.
Using vFit in Manual Mode
- Turn on vFit by pressing the power button until the center green light appears.
- Press and release the light mode button to select your preferred time.
- Once selected, press and hold the same light button again (not the vibration button to the left of the light button) to turn on the lights and vibration.
Insert vFit into the vagina until the light window is completely inside.
How long are vFit sessions?
vFit sessions are short and convenient, lasting 6, 8, or 10 minutes, depending on your selected mode. With vFit PLUS, sessions can last up to 12 minutes.
How often should I use vFit?
For best results, use vFit every other day for about 6–8 weeks, or until you reach your desired results. After that, switch to maintenance mode with just once weekly use.
How do I clean and store my vFit?
After each use, clean your vFit using Photonic Wipes, formulated to be 99.5% effective in removing the most common germs.
If you don't have Photonic Wipes, use warm water with mild antibacterial soap and a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Rinse thoroughly if using soap and allow the device to air dry.
Store in a clean, dry place until your next use.
What do Photonic Gel and Photonic Wipes do?
Photonic Gel enhances comfort during use and boost vFit's light power by 45% for optimal results.
Photonic Wipes are designed to gently and hygienically clean your device after each session, keeping it fresh and ready to use.
Upgrades & App
How do I upgrade my vFit device?
The vFit Plus is available through professional offices; you can use our Professional Locator to find a provider near you. Additionally, vFit can be purchased directly at Joylux.com, with an option to upgrade to vFit Plus functionality.
Activating the vFit PLUS Upgrade you purchased with your device
Out of the box, your vFit device is not yet upgraded to vFit Plus. First, install the Joylux app from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Next, check the side of the vFit box for the Upgrade QR code. (Note: this is not the QR code on the front of the sleeve that reads "Learn More".)
During the setup process in the app, please select vFit Plus from the menu, then you will be prompted to scan the QR code using your phone’s camera to upgrade your device. Once the setup process is completed, connect your device to the app to finalize the upgrade process.

How do I connect to the Joylux app?
If You Have an iPhone (Apple/iOS)
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Tap Privacy & Security, then select Bluetooth.
- Locate the Joylux app in the list and toggle the switch to ON. If you don’t see the app, try restarting your iPhone and check again.
If You Have an Android Phone
- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Navigate to Apps and select the Joylux app.
- Tap Permissions, find Bluetooth, and if it’s not allowed, enable it by selecting Allow.
Troubleshooting
How do I reset my vFit device?

Why won't my vFit turn on?
Try one or more of the following:
• Make sure your vFit is charged. See the “Charging” section of your vFit user guide.
• Make sure you are pressing and holding the On/Off button.
• If it still doesn’t turn on, perform a reset.
Why don't the LED lights turn on?
Try one or more of the following:
• Make sure your vFit is charged. See the “Charging” section of your vFit user guide.
• Make sure your vFit is on.
• In the app, make sure a time session has been selected and press Start.
• If in manual mode: Press and hold down on the Light Mode Button. Make sure you aren’t selecting the vibration button.
• If the lights still do not turn on, perform a reset.
Why isn't my device charging?
If your device isn’t charging, first try performing a reset:
Unplug the device from the charging port. Press and hold all three buttons down at the same time for 5 seconds (On/Off Button, Light Treatment Mode Button, and the Vibration Mode Button). After 5 seconds, release the buttons. Your device will vibrate and all five of the green indicator lights will blink twice. Your device is reset.

Why won't my app connect to my vFit device?
If your app won't connect to your device, first make sure that your device is turned on by pressing the power button until the center green light appears.
Next, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet:
If You Have an iPhone (Apple/iOS)
1. Open Settings
- Find the gray gear icon
- Tap it once
2. Tap Bluetooth
- It’s near the top of the list
3. Turn Bluetooth On
- Find the switch at the top
- Tap the switch so it turns green
- Bluetooth is now ON
If You Have an Android Phone
1. Open Settings
- Find the gear icon
- Tap it once
2. Tap Bluetooth
- It may say Connections or Connected devices
- Then tap Bluetooth
3. Turn Bluetooth On
- Tap the switch so it turns ON
- Bluetooth is now ON

Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from normal use of the product. Register your vFit today to activate your warranty.
Not covered under the one-year warranty: damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repair; normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration, or fading.
What is the return policy?
We’re able to accept returns for a refund as long as the silver security seal on the box of the vFit device is intact and unopened within 60-days of purchase.
Due to the intimate nature of the device, we are unable to accept opened products for a return/ refund. For questions about product returns or refunds, please contact us.
