Sales Tax
All orders shipped from joylux.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed, and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an Order Confirmation email that will display the shipping address and estimated delivery date of your order. When your item ships from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Notification email. This email includes tracking number and delivery date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package. Track your order at any time by logging in to your account and clicking on Order Status.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Our shipping rates are as follows:
Orders up to $75: $7.50 Shipping fee
Orders of $75 or more: Free shipping

Returns
We’re able to accept returns for a refund as long as the silver security seal on the box of the vFit device is intact and unopened within 60-days of purchase.
Due to the intimate nature of the device, we are unable to accept opened products for a return or refund. For questions about product returns or refunds, please contact us.
