Using specially formulated phase change material, our cooling care products can be worn directly on the skin safely and comfortably. These products deliver targeted relief directly where it is needed to absorb and remove heat. This minimizes fluctuations in body temperature and offers an immediate and constant cooling effect.

Imagine the wax of a candle melting when lit or butter melting when heated. This is the effect our proprietary phase change material has, starting in a hardened state and turning to liquid as it absorbs the heat from the body.

How to Use

coldHER inserts are designed to fit easily into your bra (finally, something positive about a bra).

For hot flashes, insert pads into your bra strap (with the phase change material directly against your skin). You can insert into the bra strap so it rests at the top of your breasts. You can also move further toward your armpit or anywhere that needs to chill out. Great for post workout, too.

For sore nipples or breastfeeding pain, insert into your bra and place the pad directly over your nipples for instant relief.

The phase change material will harden again at room temperature in about 30 minutes. For extra cooling, refrigerate coldHER prior to usage.

To clean coldHER, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Air dry. Reuse again and again.
