How do I use vFit?

Getting started is easy! First, be sure to charge your device for at least 24 hours before first use. We recommend you use a clear, water-based gel to help with insertion of the device. Apply a desired amount of gel – a dime-sized amount is a good starting point. (We created our Photonic Gel for use with vFit.) Next, turn on your vFit by pressing the power button. Choose your light mode and press the button to get started. Then lie back, relax, and know you're improving your intimate wellness.

How often should I use vFit?

We recommend using vFit 3x per week, or approximately every other day. Take your time, starting with the 6 minute session time and slowly ramping up to 8 minutes, then 10 minutes. (vFit PLUS offers an additional 12-minute session time.) Ramp up time may be slower or faster, depending on how quickly your body is comfortable with the heat and vibration.

How long should I use vFit or vFit Plus?

We recommend using vFit 3x per week, or approximately every other day, for 60 days. After that, we recommend a maintenance program using vFit 1x or 2x per week. This will help maintain your results.

What are the differences between vFit, vFit Plus, and the Respin × Joylux vFit Plus?

vFit Plus and the exclusive Respin × Joylux vFit Plus both offer increased LED power, an additional 12-minute session time, and 10 vibration modes, compared to the original vFit’s six modes. These enhanced features allow for faster, more effective results. The Respin × Joylux vFit Plus also features a unique, limited-edition design by Halle Berry, complete with a custom chrome finish, exclusive silver storage bag, and Halle’s signature Respin packaging.

I purchased a vFit device with a Plus Upgrade. How do I activate the upgraded functionality?

Out of the box, your vFit device is not yet upgraded to vFit Plus. First, install the Joylux app from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Next, check the side of the vFit box for the Upgrade QR code. During the setup process in the app, please select vFit Plus from the menu, then you will be prompted to scan the QR code using your phone’s camera to upgrade your device. Once the setup process is completed, connect your device to the app to finalize the upgrade process.

What is the return policy for vFit devices?

We’re able to accept returns for a refund as long as the silver security seal on the box of the vFit device is intact and unopened within 60-days of purchase.
