The Customer Care Advocate is a focal point to advocate for the customer every day. Not only does this role get to interface on a daily basis with our customers, they also are a voice to support their needs and questions throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
- Be a customer advocate, always keeping our customers top of mind and ensuring all processes and products are optimized
- Interface with customers and end users regarding questions, technical support, gathering testimonials, helping resolve complaints, and facilitating product returns as needed
- Help a variety of customers by phone, e-mail and/or chatÂ
- Use tools and programs to navigate the website, research accounts, review options and solutions for customers, and communicate them effectivelyÂ
- Support customers through typing, phone, and computer skills by navigating the internet and website, multiple browsers, e-mail, social media, and instant messenger, or chat toolsÂ
- Actively problem solve and innovate on behalf of customers
- Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
