Customer Care Advocate

Joylux, a menopausal health company, is seeking candidates who exemplify Customer Obsession and enjoy problem solving on behalf of others. The Customer Care Advocate is a focal point to advocate for the customer every day. Not only does this role get to interface on a daily basis with our customers, they also are a voice to support their needs and questions throughout the organization.
