How to use

Step 1: Charge vFit for 12 hours

Step 2: Download the Joylux App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 3: Using our Photonic Gel for a 45% increase in light power as well as comfort and ease of insertion.

Step 4: Insert vFit into the vagina until the light window is completely inside.

Step 5: Turn on your device, choose your session time, and use every other day.

FAQs

What will I get in my monthly curated collection?

Every month we ship you a curated box of our favorite products inspired by menopause-related concerns (see collections above). Before the shipment goes out, we notify you of what collection you will receive. You may change that collection to any of our other product collections. There’s no limit on which collection you choose.

How do I access my membHERship account?

You can log into your Joylux account at https://account.joylux.com/ to check your upcoming shipments and update address or payment address information.

An email is also sent on a monthly basis, 7 days prior to your order processing, notifying you of the box expected to arrive that month.

What happens if I cancel the membHERship before the 6 month contract period is over?

Participating in the membHERship is a way to spread the cost of your vFit Device over a 6 month contract period. If you want to cancel before the 6 month contract period has ended, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee, which covers the remaining unamortized cost of vFit Device and the Joylux app. See our T&C for pre-payment terms.

What happens after I’ve paid for my vFit® Device?

After you’ve completed the initial 6 month contract period, your membHERship monthly fee will no longer include the amortized cost of the vFit Device.

Your membHERship monthly fee will drop to $39 (+tax) which will be the cost of the curated product collection you choose each month—at a 25% discount.

At that point, there is no time commitment and you may cancel anytime before the first of the next billing month, with no cancellation fees.

When will I receive my monthly collection?

As soon as you sign up, we will get started on your membHERship collection. It will ship within 2 to 4 days. Thereafter, monthly collections will be processed on the day of the month corresponding your original order and will ship within 2 to 4 days. We will automatically send you tracking info on your package via email.

How can I skip a monthly shipment?

While under the initial 6 month contract period of the membHERship, you are paying for the cost of your vFit Device as well as the curated monthly products you choose. For that reason, we can’t process a skip month during that 6 month contract period.

After the initial 6 month contract period is over and you have paid the total cost of your vFit Device, you may skip monthly shipments of the curated products.

Here’s how:
To skip a month, log into your account and click the "Manage Subscription" link. Click on the section titled "View upcoming orders" and click "Skip" next to the upcoming month that you'd like to skip.
