Replacement Charging Cable

Thank you for being a valued customer. In an abundance of caution, we are informing you of a faulty charging cable that came with your vFit Gold. In rare circumstances, the charging cable could overheat while charging the device resulting in the charging port becoming discolored and warped. While there has been no reported damage beyond this, nor does this issue appear to impact the usage or performance of your vFit Gold, we want to ensure the quality of and your satisfaction with your vFit Gold.

We will be mailing you a new charging cable that has been upgraded to prevent overheating. When you receive this shipment, please discard the old charging cable and only use the new cable.

In the event your vFit Gold charging port did experience any discoloration, we would be glad to replace it with a new device at no charge. You can email us at info@joylux.com or call us at 844-872-8578 from 9a-5p PT.
